  • Polyweld markets a full range of PE standard tanks 100 litres to 20 000 litres suitable for mosty applications.
  • Horizontal tanks from 240 litres to 5 000 litres.
  • Comical tanks from 50 litres to 3100 litres.
  • Fabricated tanks from 50 litres to 10 000 litres in PE, PP, PVC and PVDF.

Equipment

  • Fusion welders from 16 – 110mm.
  • Hot air guns.
  • Butt welders from 40 – 800mm.
  • Electro fusion Welders.
  • Extrusion Welder.
  • Wedge Welder.

The above equipment is within the D.V.S welding code, and our artisans are qualified by The Plastic Federation of South Africa. Certificates can be faxed at your request.

We also service the chemical industry with assistance from initial design, production and complete turnkey projects which includes supply of tanks, mixers, pumps, piping, control panels and maintenance of the stated projects.
